Position Description:

Paul L. Guidry, MD., INC., a medical clinic located in Los Angeles, California, seeks to hire a

Medical and Health Service Manager to oversee the clinic's day-to-day operations and

administrative functions.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Administration, Health

Management, or Business Administration (MBA) with healthcare concentration.

Experience: None required.

Job Duties: Develop and maintain computerized record management systems; direct,

supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service,

maintenance, and other personnel; direct or conduct recruitment, hiring, and training of

personnel; develop and implement organizational policies and procedures; conduct and

administer fiscal operations including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing

expenditures; prepare activity reports; establish work schedules; manage neighborhood

medical outreach programs.
